Level 1 Flow
A gentle flow for beginners or those who would like an easier practice.
Level 1-2 Flow
An all level class with variations for those who want to work easier or harder, moderately paced. Appropriate for all, including beginners.

Level 2 Flow
A more challenging class that allows students to build further strength and endurance. Previous yoga experience is recommended; strong beginners are welcome.
Level 2-3 Flow
An intermediate to advanced level class; includes arm balances and inversions; previous yoga experience or good physical fitness is recommended.

Kundalini
An all level class infusing posture, pranayam, mantra, meditation and the sacred sound current of the gong to bring about physical, mental, emotional and spiritual awakening and change. Learn more at www.manymoonsyoga.com.

Restorative
An all level 2-hour class that focuses on relaxation and ease. Poses are supported with props and held for several minutes to allow the body and mind to release tension and achieve balance. Class will culminate in a 15 minute meditation. Appropriate for all, including beginners.
