WINTER RESTORATIVE YOGA with Melissa Tatge
Four Friday Evenings | January 6, February 17, March 9 & 23 | 7:00-9:00pm
Give yourself a break! As the days slowly get longer, take some time for yourself. Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation and ease. It is a meditative practice where poses are completely supported with blankets, bolsters, straps, and other props. Each pose is held for a number of minutes, which allows your body to move towards a state of deep relaxation and balance. The class will help you achieve soothed nerves, a quieter mind, and perhaps even release deeply held tension. This class is appropriate for all levels, and recommended for individuals experiencing acute stress in their lives.
